The décor is a mix of eclectic and French provincial with original Axminster carpet and 1970’s mirrored bedroom wall with crystal chandelier still inplace.

The ground floor suite of a 2 storey house with 180°degree uninterrupted views of the Jamison Valley.

The spacious 8m deck offers the perfect viewing platform to relax and unwind, with comfortable outdoor furniture.

The dining room with it's breathtaking view is a great spot to sit and read whilst watching the colours of the escarpment change.

A Sanctuary of Peace

This is truly a unique property to experience. So close to the iconic 3 Sisters yet once inside you hear only the sound of birds and silence. It offers so much more than most, with a relaxing, healing vibe that is so rejuvenating. You are encouraged to sit for a while.

Lose yourself in the tranquility of the gardens below. The Meditation Gazebo, or further down in the Aquarius section.

The gardens are a sanctuary to many birds incl ... Crimson Rozellas, Red & Green King Parrots, Yellow breasted Robins, Finches, Cockatoos & Lyrebirds who dig up the garden.

Our studio guests share the far left side of the courtyard in their dedicated Aries section. Just say hi as you would in a hotel or guest house so everyone feels comfortable.

A comfortable sofabed is located here and can be converted as a bed for an extra guest.

Newly renovated bathroom with shower, completed in August 2025. White gloss subway wall tiles with light green/grey country floor tiles makes the small bathroom feel spacious. A space of timeless elegance.
Large LED back lit mirror with demister button. Heated in winter.
There is only 1 bathroom in this apartment.

Kitchen

Renovated in April 2024. The kitchen colour palette of white and grey has been chosen to evoke a light, bright and calming feeling. An invitation to slow down, transforming the room into a peaceful space. The view then takes over for your cooking inspiration.
Fully equipped including staple pantry items, oil, spices, Condiments.

Your nightly tariff is inclusive of 2 guests thereafter each additional guest is $70/ person per night.

For the benefit of all guests staying at the house, there is a 10pm curfew where we ask that you lower your voices.
