This luxury air conditioned 3 room studio offers a cosy intimate couples’ retreat in a highly sought after location on the Katoomba escarpment.

Your studio is situated on the ground floor to the side of the main house with it’s own private self checkin lockbox. The entrance is secured by a brown gate and a white brick wall for your privacy.

Your studio sleeps 2 guests and consists of a spacious double bedroom with a King bed, loungeroom and a bathroom with shower.
The loungeroom has a sofabed.

The Kitchenette only offers basic cooking with electric frypan or choose to cook on the electric bbq in your private courtyard for alfresco dining.

Your private courtyard includes an outdoor table and chairs, a 2 seater lounge and 2 sunlounges to take in the view.
