the perfect couples’ retreat or family getaway
An enchanting 1950’s period home, with a 50yr history. Formerly the home of the famous Astrologer Richard Sterling, the décor is a mix of eclectic and French provincial with the original flower motive Axminster carpet and 1970’s character filled, mirrored bedroom wall and crystal chandelier. The interior has been preserved to acknowledge the history of this house.
The perfect place for couples to rekindle their love and celebrate special anniversaries. The Zodiac gardens (Read more of the history of the gardens in About Us) hold something for everyone, from alfresco meals on the deck, time out to read a good book in the Gazebo or discover exotic birds that frequent this sanctuary. We encourage guests to sit for a while to absorb the palpable rejuvenating energy of the property and be mesmerized by the changing colours of the escarpment at sunset.
Sterling Manor is air conditioned in the rear of the house and sleeps up to 5 people.
